Deep Dive
Intended for clients who want to do a one-time deep dive into their mindset so they can learn about the role their mind plays in their performance and get some ideas for how to optimally approach setting themselves up for success. Begins with a mindset performance profiling process, focuses on discussing relevant mindset principles and practices to drive actionable insights, and culminates with a mental training strategy discussion.
2 hour session.

3 sessions (ideally 1 per week).
Sessions approximately 50 minutes.
Pro-8
Intended for clients who want to continue with mindset coaching or need more than a few sessions to achieve their coaching goals.
8 sessions (ideally weekly or biweekly).
Sessions approximately 50 minutes.
Flex-10
Designed for clients who are looking for more flexible and consistent coaching.
10 hours. Time used subtracted from total hours.
Hours must be used within 4 months.
Upkeep
Intended for continuing or former clients who want to shift to monthly coaching to continue to work on and learn about mindset or discuss and get coaching on current performance experiences and challenges.
One or two sessions per month.
