Deep Dive
Intended for new clients who want foundational education or assistance with mindset or leadership. Begins with a mindset and mental performance profiling process, focuses on learning about applicable mindset and leadership science and principles, and culminates with a mental training strategy discussion.
1.5-2 hours. Includes a follow-up 30-45 minute consult.

Performance Coaching
Rookie-3
Intended for new clients or previous clients who need short-term support. 3 sessions (1 per week). Sessions approximately 50 minutes.
Pro-8
Intended for clients who want to work on a particular mental game area or learn about optimizing mental game. 8 sessions.
Sessions approximately 50 minutes.
Weekly or biweekly.
Flex-10
Designed for clients who are looking for more flexible and/or consistent coaching, or those who already completed a Rookie package.
10 hours. Time used subtracted from total hours.
May include observation when possible.
Hours must be used within 4 months.
Upkeep
Intended for former clients who want to shift to monthly coaching, do a check-in, or discuss current performance experiences/challenges. One or two sessions per month.
